Refunds:

1. Damaged or Defective Items:
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will either replace the item or provide you with a full refund, including shipping costs.
2. Change of Mind:
We understand that sometimes things don’t work out as expected. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of receipt for a refund. However, the item must be in its original condition and packaging. Please note that return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.
3. Custom Orders:
Custom orders are non-refundable unless they are damaged or defective upon receipt. We will work closely with you to ensure that your custom order meets your specifications before shipping it to you.

Cancellations:

1. Standard Orders:
You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it for a full refund. If your order has already been processed or shipped, please refer to our refund policy.
2. Custom Orders:
Custom orders cannot be canceled once production has begun. If you wish to cancel a custom order, please contact us as soon as possible. Depending on the progress of the order, a partial refund may be issued.

How to Request a Refund or Cancel an Order:

1. Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment.
2. Refunds may take 5-7 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your financial institution.
3. We reserve the right to refuse refunds or exchanges for items that are not in their original condition or were not purchased directly from our website.
