I ordered a pair of earrings and an earpiece with feathers to wear to music festivals just before Corona came to the scene. I was sent a few choices as to how I wanted the feathers to look and when it came time to ship the articles overseas (from India to Belgium) unfortunately Corona measures prevented Cocoroots from being able to ship items overseas. They immediately informed me via WhatsApp and stayed in contact with updates on a regular basis and even offer a refund a few times. I chose to just hang in there and wait and last week… I finally received my presents to myself just in time for Christmas 🙂 and they look stunning. How I found CocoRoots? It was I believe a coincidence.  I truly adore nose-rings, so as a starter I looked up some septums on the internet for easing my curiosity. Oh well, they are so pretty and various!
After that, just a few days, I was rolling my finger on my telephone while I was checking instagram and Cocoroots came up through a friend. Falling for the seduction, I could not stop checking out this handmade jewelry shop. So indeed, it did not take a long time, I placed my order (you live only once, right?) and with excitement in my guts, I kept waiting for the arrival.
The package hit its home 2 weeks after the order was settled. It was one of my greatest surprises I have ever experienced. It was carefully packed and what made everything so special is that Gali and Antonio placed a handwritten note addressed to me. What a unique customer sercive! Saw my sister wearing the most divine pair of earrings (angel wings) that she picked from you at the Anjuna flea market. I was  delighted to know that the range was available online, and was simply blown away by the eclectic designs available. My choice of brass earrings, in a unique Nautilus design, are really striking and the whole experience of buying and coordinating with Gali was seamless. The handwritten note that arrived with the package was a great personal touch. I hope to keep adding to my collection from the Cocoroots array.
