Fake ear gauge has been cut and inserted with a stainless steel pin to fit a normal-sized ear hole, creating a “look like” gauge without expanding the ear. Carving is the act of using tools to shape an ear stretcher from horn by scraping away portions of that material. Our technique works on any material that is solid enough (we normally use bone, horn or wood). Carving requires much more work than methods using malleable materials.
