Carving is the act of using tools to shape an ear stretcher from horn by scraping away portions of that material. People can see that our technique can be applied to any material that is solid enough, such as bone and horn, to hold a form even when pieces have been removed from it. Yet soft enough for portions to be scraped away with available tools. Carving tends to require much more work than methods using malleable materials.

These fabulous earrings weigh approx 11 – 12 grams. It’s about 13 cm long, and 3 cm wide, thickness is approx 3-5 mm. The colour of the earring is black in general, but it might be sometimes undergo some natural changes.  Check as well the artwork on the brass hook itself.
